EXTRA PERSON
- A MYR 185.00nett per unit per night charge is applicable for a third adult or rollaway bed (adult or child), with a maximum of one rollaway bed per room.
DAILY BREAKFAST
- A MYR 88.00nett per person per day charge is applicable for an adult (13 years old and above) for daily breakfast, whereas MYR 44.00nett per person per day charge is applicable for children (5 years old to 12 years old) and free of charge for children who is 3 years old and below.
TAXES & LEVIES
- The rates offered are inclusive of 8% Service Tax on Room Accommodation and inclusive of 8% Service Tax for all Food and Beverage and other hotel services.
TOURISM TAX
- Under the gazetted Tourism Tax Act 2017, effective 1st January 2023, Tourism Tax shall be charged and levied on amongst others, a foreign tourist/guest staying at any accommodation premises at the prescribed rate of RM10.00 per room per night. This amount will be a supplementary charge in addition to the quoted or contracted room charges and taxes contained in this proposal. The Tourism Tax will be collected directly from the guest(s) at the hotel unless otherwise stated. Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents producing valid Identity Cards and MY PR Cards respectively will be exempted if their accommodation is not shared with a foreigner.
