- Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is by 12noon.
- Any late check out request is subject to room availability of the day and additional charges will apply.
- The availability of each room bed type is limited and subject to availability.
- Any changes in the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation is subject to the Hotel’s availability at the time change is requested must be made 7 days before check in date to avoid full room night charges.
- All prices are subject to 8% sales and services tax (SST).
- The Local Authority has set a Regulation Act on the implementation of the Tourism Tax collection that have taken effect from 1 September 2017. All Non-Malaysian guests are required to pay RM10.00 per room per night unless or otherwise advised by the Authority. The Tourism Tax will be reflected on your bill upon check out for settlement.
- Any room booking cancel within 7 days before arrival, 1 room night will be charged.
- Any no show or shorten stay, full room night will be charged.
- Room booking will not be accepted without credit card guarantee. The provided credit card details will serve as a guarantee on the room reservation. Hotel is authorized to charge the amount accordingly.
