Seremban born Khoo Xian Wen, 14, started her musical journey at the age of 5 starting on piano and violin later at the age of 6. Currently under the tutelage of Ms Angel Lee, she has achieved Distinction in her Trinity College London Music violin exams from Grade 2 through to Grade 8. Equally proficient on the piano, she attained Distinction for the ABRSM Grade 2 exam and Trinity College London Grade 5, 6, 7 and 8.
